Bill Tsibidis
On the personal side of life, Bill was born and raised in Plainview, NY with his DNA founded in the love for his daughter and his never-ending passion to improve himself. He's an early riser so he can head to the Gym for an early morning workout before placing his daily fresh meats, fish and food orders for Crosstown.
Shortly after receiving his degree form Hofstra University, he wanted to honor and uphold a century of family tradition. With his never-give-up attitude, Bill wanted to set a new standard for diners.
He made drastic improvements and turned Crosstown, in the Bronx, into an award winning great tasting, fresh food dining experience. He did this by serving meals using daily fresh ingredients, well prepared, in a clean, fun and friendly neighborhood environment that's measured by one satisfied customer at a time.
Bill believes in a simple concept... Consistent and Never Ending Improvement. This is the attitude he applies to Crosstown, his businesses and his life.
